HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER USUALLY TAKE?
Order processing times are 5-7 business days once order is received.
You can expect to receive your merchandise within 10 to 15 business days depending on shipping service selected and delivery destination.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
KUSHIE. is proud to ship our products all over the world! The default pricing on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used on the transaction. The site will default Dollars on the checkout page.
It usually takes 7-18 business days to arrive in your country; however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You'll get a link to the tracking history and from there you can monitor your package's progress until it's delivered to your door. Please note some orders may have multiple tracking numbers.
WHAT IF I NEED TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS?
Once your order is fulfilled, we cannot guarantee a change in shipping address. If we are able to catch the courier in time before the package is shipped off, we can update the shipping address for you. An address update fee of $5USD from the courier will be transferred and billed to you over PayPal. Please note, it is your responsibility as the customer to provide us with your accurate shipping address on your order.
WILL I BE TAXED AND CHARGED VAT?
Taxes are included with your order. Your checkout price is the final price you will be charged.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our Returns & Exchange Policy.
