Eligibility for Returns

Return Window: All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date, as indicated by the shipping carrier's tracking information.

Condition of Items:

Items must be unopened, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Opened, used, or altered products will not be eligible for return or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products, such as menstrual cups, period kits, and opened body care items, are non-returnable unless defective.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Discounted or clearance items.

Customized or personalized products.

Digital products and gift cards.

Bundles, unless the entire bundle is returned unopened in its original condition.
Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email hello@kushie.org with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective or damaged product for review.

Approved claims will result in a replacement or store credit. Refunds for defective items are issued at KUSHIE's discretion.
Refunds and Processing

Refund Options: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit upon request.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item for the refund to process.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds, except for defective or damaged items.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Procedure

Initiate your return by emailing hello@kushie.org with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.

Ship the item back to us within 3 days of receiving the RAN.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and must ensure the package is properly secured to prevent damage during transit.

KUSHIE is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired product.

KUSHIE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Abuse of our return policy, including frequent returns or returns of opened or used items, may result in a restriction on future purchases.

Refunds for items purchased through third-party sellers must be handled directly with the original seller.
